International Specialized Ecological Exhibition and Forum «Ecology Expo – 2020»
First international specialized environmental exhibition and forum Ecology Expo – 2020 will be held in Minsk on August 27-29, 2020.
Ecology Expo – 2020 is both a practical tool for presenting Belarusian and foreign innovative production and technological achievements in the field of environmental protection, rational use of natural resources and effective discussion space.
Ecology Expo – 2020 is aimed at the consolidation and activation of all sectors of society in addressing environmental problems, maximum involvement of the population of the republic in the environmental movement, facilitating coordination of efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.
The event includes exhibition and business programmes, as well as festive events dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus.
The exhibition “Ecology Expo – 2020” is a three-day presentation of environmental technologies. Presentations of green technologies such as renewable energy and alternative energy sources, energy-efficient construction, the Smart Home system, environmentally friendly transport, the circular economy, the efficient use of waste, bio-packaging, organic and environmentally friendly products, ecotourism, and other environmentally friendly projects including children’s educational project “green” schools will become a key issue.
Competition of innovative projects, an exhibition of electric vehicles, inclusive urban environment will provide additional capacity for participants.
Business programme, plenary meetings, sections, presentations and working meetings in the field of production and technological achievements and scientific and practical developments, dissemination of best practices in environmental issues are included into the programme of the Ecology Expo – 2020.
Organizers of the exhibition and forum: the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus, RUE “National Exhibition Center” BelExpo” of The Presidential Property Management Directorate.
The exhibition and forum is held with the support of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, republican government bodies and other interested organizations.
“Ecology Expo – 2020” will bring together new knowledge, wide advertising coverage, opportunity to share best practices in the development of green technologies, expert assessment of the most pressing environmental issues, increase brand awareness, new contacts.
