The mandatory fee for all exhibitors and sub-exhibitors, includes:

• information booth services;
• accreditation of two representatives with the provision of permanent passes to the exhibition;
• general advertising services;
• information about the company in the electronic catalog;
• two business coctail invitations

• INDOOR UNEQUIPPED EXHIBITION SPACE, min 6 sq.m.:
   165.20 BYN + VAT per 1 sq. m.
• OUTDOOR UNEQUIPPED EXHIBITION SPACE, min 6 sq.m.:
  77.42 BYN + VAT per 1 sq. m.

When booth is mounted by the Exhibitor or by the third-party organization the cost of unequipped exhibition area is increased for 40% (for sq.m.).

Depending on a booth location the cost of unequipped spase is increased for:

10% – corner stand (2-side open),

20% – corner stand (3-side open),

30% – island stand (4-side open).

Includes: indoor unequipped exhibition space, 2,5 m wall blocks on three sides, flooring, a fascia board with company name (up to 20 characters), electric socket, lamps (at the rate of 1 lamp per 3 m2 of the stand area), a hanger, a wastepaper basket, 1 table (0,8 х 0,8), 2 semi-soft chairs, additional crossbars and racks.
